We can do as much or as little as you need, from simply helping you determine what and where you can and want to buy, through to acting on your behalf along every stage of the purchase process.

Help determine what type of property you need..

When you are in the market for a home, you will have a number of specific needs. We work with you to help determine your requirements, from the location of a property, its size, floor plan and layout, proximity to schools etc or its possible rental yield.

Create a shortlist of homes for you to look at..

Once we know your specifications, we search out a series of homes that fit your particular needs that you can then inspect. Because of our relationships with selling agents in the area, we may even have access to off or pre-market properties. You see them first!

Negotiate with a selling agent..

If we find a home that you wish to buy, we can make an offer on your behalf and act for you in negotiations with the selling agent. We research, price and then apply our skills, experience and knowledge of the market to help secure a favourable deal to secure the property.

We can save you time (and potential stress) by taking care of the search for you and finding properties that meet your specific needs, while eliminating the need to spend a chunk of your weekend visiting those houses that don’t fit the bill

Help you buy interstate..

If you want to buy a property interstate, but are not familiar with the area you are moving to, we can help educate you on suburbs, school catchments and the like, and seek out properties on the market that meet your needs. Similarly, if you can not travel interstate for inspections or an auction, we can take care of these things for you, meaning your move can be a seamless one when you are eventually ready to relocate.

Take some of the stress out of bidding and negotiating..

This is the hard part. You find the perfect home - yet you are so emotionally involved you end up spending more, or worse still, missing out. We take the stress and emotions out - we can bid and negotiate on your behalf. Remember, this is our job!
